2023 Baseball Player Passes

JLS Baseball requires that all players from T-Ball up to 16U have a valid players pass that verifies player Date of Birth with a Photo. Valid players passes are good for 2 seasons from date of processing and will display the valid dates at the top of the pass. The following are requirements in order to receive a players pass. 

1. Player must be present in order to have their photo taken.
2. Parent must bring a birth certificate (or official proof of age) to the pass taking.
3. Cost of pass is $10.00 (Cash Only)
4. Must be on time. No one will be allowed in line after 12:00PM.

Once player pass is received, it should be provided to players coach to hold for the season, that way officials can verify roster before each game.
