2023 Spring Sports Signups Update

We have posted in person Spring Sports signups for 2023 to our website events (Baseball & Soccer). They will take place Friday January 27th from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm, Saturday January 28th from 10:00 am-12:00 pm, Friday February 3rd from 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm and Saturday February 4th from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at the Christ Presbyterian Church at 1597 Allen Street, Springfield, MA 01118. To register online, please click here. For Soccer, the cost is $180 for 10U & 12U age divisions and $90 for 6U & 8U age divisions. Child must have turned 4yrs old by January 1, 2023. For T-Ball, cost is $90 and child must be by 5yrs old by May 1, 2023. Baseball is $180 for the season. All payments are due at time of registration. 2022 Fall Soccer Signups

Good Evening. Fall Soccer signups will open online on July 1, 2022. Please click on SportsPilot to access the SportsPilot online registration portal. Online fall soccer signups will close on the evening of July 31.

In person signups will be later this month on July 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd. Please look under the events section for time and location.

Spring Sports Sign-ups

This is a reminder that registration for our Spring Sports Season (Baseball, Soccer and Girls Softball) will begin on Monday 1/17 via online Registration only. There will be no in person registration for this season. You may visit our online registration page at SportsPilot to sign up. For details on pricing, please refer to the Sports Info section on the website. We are also looking for coaches. If interested, please message us through our Facebook page.

Basketball Update (Biddy)

We have gotten word that the City of Springfield will be doing a limited season for Instructional (Biddy) boys and girls. Registration is now open on the Online registration page. This is for kids ages 5-7 years old. Must turn 5 11/1/2021 and cannot turn 8 before 04/01/2022. Registrations are limited to the first 24 players for this age group.
Cost for this age group is $80 and that includes uniforms.

Basketball Update

We have gotten word that we will be having a basketball season this year, although it looks as if it will be competitive divisions only (WMCYO). We normally offer instructional (Biddy) as well, but there has been no communication that this league will be holding a season and we anticipate that they will not.

For competitive divisions, we will have Basketball signups open online *Registration Website* beginning October 11.

In Person signups will be held at the Christ Presbyterian Church (1597 Allen St) on Saturday, October 16 from 12:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. and on Friday, October 22 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

We will be following all of the Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines. Masks will be mandatory and spectators may be limited at basketball practices and games.

*We are in need of coaches. Please let us know if you’re interested. Equipment and practice locations are provided.*

Update on the 2021-2022 Basketball Season

Hello Wilshire families!

Many of us have already begun to look forward to this year’s winter basketball season. We are currently waiting to hear back from the league on whether a season will be possible this year. We are still hopeful that the kids will be able to play and we are waiting on guidance on how to move forward. Please note that if there is a season, it is highly likely that masks will be mandatory, and there is a possibility that spectators may be limited. We are making every attempt to keep the kids active and playing the safest way possible and will need to follow the rules that both the city and league issue. Please continue to check our Facebook page and/or website as we will be providing updates on registration as soon as we have more information.

Fall Soccer Signups
